Just a few minutes from the Red Sea in the private resort of El Gouna, our villa is designed in the traditional Egyptian Nubian style, with vaulted and domed ceilings, with attractive furnishings and marble flooring throughout. It has 3 bedrooms, 4 terraces and accommodates up to six - perfect for families and groups.

Swimming pool - south-east facing with extensive terracing for sunbathing and a shaded seating area, with a sandy beach, sun umbrella and wind-break, leading down to the lagoon. 6 sun-loungers are available.

Lounge with a magnificent domed ceiling, sofa and cushions to relax in, satellite TV, reading books and games. French doors open onto the ground floor sun terrace, which overlooks the pool and lagoon, containing an outdoor table and 6 director chairs.

Master bedroom with a vaulted ceiling, a king sized bed, en suite shower room and French door onto its own sun terrace.

Double bedroom - a king bed with French doors leading onto its own sun terrace.

Twin bedroom - two single beds that can easily be made into a double and French doors leading onto the ground floor sun terrace.

Kitchen - fully equipped and includes an oven, hob, dishwasher, microwave, juicer, smoothie maker, toaster, kettle and fridge freezer.

Dining area - with table and chairs for up to six people.

Separate bathroom has a shower, toilet and wash basin.

Air conditioning in lounge and all bedrooms with remote controls

Cloakroom with automatic washing machine, toilet and hand basin, clothes drying rack.
